Taipei City Hotel - New Taipei City

We had a very good time. Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be near to a night market, wide range of breakfast style, and an MRT station thanks to unbeatable and particularly good location. The room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous with balconywith a comfy bed. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal.

The hotel rooms are perfect and good with balcony and wi-fi access, for instance. The breakfast is extensive with a wide array of things to eat and drink. Thanks a lot you, guys...

This place is a cool spot with pretty clean rooms. the breakfast spread is huge, and I really liked how friendly the staff was. 🌟

Check-in late in the evening with very friendly staff, the room was large and clean. Bathroom also very large. The beds were a little hard, but okay. Breakfast buffet is very rich. The location of the hotel is very good, subway station nearby.

my early morning flight brought me back to taipei and city hotel exceeded my expectations. the helpful staff spoke multiple languages, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the warm toilet seat was a pleasant surprise.

Noisy room on major road.

This place provides exceptional service that truly enhances the comfort of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with various requests, from providing directions to nearby locations to even ordering snacks for my kids. The friendly and accommodating staff, especially Benny and Jerry from the midnight shift, answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the location of this venue is great, with a nearby market worth exploring and a convenient supermarket.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and kind, and their ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Japanese, made communication easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods, ensuring that there was something for everyone's tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with food markets and the metro within walking distance.

One downside was the noise level in my room, as the hotel is located on a major road. However, better windows could potentially help to minimize the noise.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei. The room was super clean and beautifully furnished with brand new items and decorations. We were also impressed with the Universal wall sockets, easy for us to use any plug we had with our devices. The bathroom was also super clean and had the latest Washlet technology by TOTO. The air conditioning system, controlled by Hitachi, ensured that we were always comfortable. In terms of amenities, we were delighted to find that we received two bottles of complimentary water every day. The room also had a large Panasonic LCD TV, measuring 32+ inches. We appreciated the convenience of having a remote control for all the lights next to the bed. The hotel's location was excellent, being close to the city center and just a short distance from the famous Ning Xia night market. We were also pleased to find that there was a Starbucks in the same building and a Carrefour store right across the street. the best aspect of our stay was the really good staff. Benny and Jerry, the midnight shift staff, were friendly and accommodating. They were really good too help us with everything we needed and answered all our questions with great expertise. We appreciate their excellent service.
